TruDomicil Refund Policy

TruDomicil LLC (“TruDomicil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to delivering high‑quality bilingual business and document infrastructure services. Because many of our services are regulated, time‑sensitive, or involve immediate professional work, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued - last updated: May 2026.

By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy
All sales are final unless an exception applies under this policy.
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been performed, work that has already begun, or appointments that have been completed.

2. One‑Time and Transactional Services
The following services are non‑refundable once the service has been performed, work has begun, or the appointment has taken place:

Mobile notary public and signing agent services (TruNotary℠)

I‑9 Employment Eligibility Verification (TruVerify℠)

Apostille assistance and document legalization support

Secure document pickup, delivery, and field services performed by authorized TruDomicil personnel or trusted delivery partners

LLC formation assistance, filing support, and registered agent setup (TruConcierge℠)

ITIN assistance and Certified Acceptance Agent services

Passport photos, fingerprinting, and other identity services

Administrative and support services (TruAssist℠), including document preparation, translation, scheduling, and compliance support

Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund (minus payment processing fees) or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no‑shows, are non‑refundable.

If work has already begun on your service request, the service becomes non‑refundable even if not yet completed.

3. Recurring Subscription Services (MRR)
This includes TruAddress℠ virtual mailbox, Registered Agent services, TruVerify℠ subscriptions, TruAssist℠ retainers, and any other recurring plans.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

Prepaid annual subscriptions are non‑refundable, except in cases of material breach by TruDomicil.

4. Non‑Refundable Items
The following are non‑refundable under all circumstances:

Government filing fees or third‑party costs paid on your behalf

Third‑party processing fees (payment processors, shipping carriers, background check vendors, etc.)

Virtual mailbox setup, activation, and CMRA processing (TruAddress℠)

Any completed notary, I‑9, or identity verification work

Services where we have already performed the requested work

5. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund or credit in the following limited situations:

A technical error or service failure clearly caused by TruDomicil

A service not rendered as described

Verified extenuating circumstances (reviewed case‑by‑case)

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date or billing date.
